Who is Circle Realty Group?

Established in 2002, Circle Realty Group is a boutique real estate company located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Our mission is simple: to provide tenants and landlords with the best commercial leasing experience possible. History

Circle Realty Group LLC, began operations in 2002 as an owner, manager and broker for the New York real estate properties owned by The Esther Mertz Trust. In 2011, the properties became assets of two trusts: one which provides for a charitable foundation, and a second, perpetual trust for her descendants. Michael J. Close and his wife Nancy L. Close managed the company until his untimely death in February 2013. Nancy currently leads the team as CEO and Manager.
